1) Reconciliation of Accounts Payables;
2) Assist in preparation of annual accounting schedules for external audit purposes;
3) Prepare creditors’ aged analysis and deal with outstanding issues including following up with the suppliers for any necessary information or documentation;
4) Prepare expenses and other monthly schedules;
5) Reconciling supplier accounts, other payable accounts (e. g PAYE, WHT, WHVAT, etc) and general review of expense accounts;
6) Timely Filing information for statutory obligations (WHVAT, WHT, PPRA Levy, PAYE etc),
7) Liaising with the Supply Chain Management Department in the automation of processes to enhance efficiency in Supplier management; and
8) Follow up on support documentation for completeness of payments.
Minimum Job Qualification
1. Bachelor of Commerce- Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any business-related degree;
2. Professional courses - CPA Part I
3. Basic IT and knowledge of automated Accounting systems will be an added advantage.
