1. Assisting in preparing weekly/monthly cash projection and daily cash position report;
2. Assisting in preparation of follow up letters, demand letters for invoices and other correspondences to receivables customers;
3. Assisting in preparation and posting of revenue invoices for Transaction fees on Equity, Transaction fee on bonds, approval fees, market development fee and license fee in accordance with the Capital Markets Act;
4. Assisting in undertaking Asset verification and assets tagging in line with Organization’s strategic objective of ensuring efficient safeguarding of Authority's fixed Assets;
5. Assisting in updating Investor Compensation Fund (ICF) Investments;
6. Assisting in following up on ICF payments and monthly billing of ICF revenues;
7. Assisting in reporting for ICF;
8. Assisting in receipting and follow up of ICF monies; and
9. Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Job Qualification
1) Bachelor of Commerce- Finance, Economics, Accounting, or any business-related degree;
2) Professional courses - CPA Part I; and
3) Basic IT and knowledge of automated Accounting systems will be an added advantage.
